Recently I setup a new video studio in my home office so that I can start sharing some video content with subscribers.

With a new office space, camera, lightning and backdrop, I was all set to give it a shot! And boy, was it hard to get that "pure white" background look! I'd love to share a blog post about it all in a future post.

Here's what the setup looks like:

I had also launched a brand new PLR product and so I thought, why not document and share a few behind-the-scenes snippets with you? As for the title of the video, I thought I'd give it that documentary feel and so I called it 'The Launch'.

I'd love to know your thoughts about it! Share your comments below.

  1. Hey Aurelius! Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, some information marketers don’t understand that there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes of a successful launch and that’s why many fail. They simply did not have a plan. I appreciate you taking the time to share this behind the scenes look.

  2. Hi Aurelius,

Love your work and appreciate you taking the time to share with us what goes on behind the scenes. (Nice setup BTW and quality came through fine here). Congrats on the launch and wishing you all the best with it. Gotta catch up some time, its been a while 🙂

A little bit or work sure pays off. You gave me a little inspiration to get some more work done tonight.

  3. Awesome video Aurelius!! Thanks for sharing. Everyone around me was a naysayer or told me that I was chasing rainbows. Little did they know, this poor kid from Cleveland would be a successful internet marketer.

  4. Aurelius, watching your video was a pleasure. It was like listening to a friend.send a personal message. Volume, lighting etc. were right on.

  5. Awesome Video… It flowed perfectly. I like how you put the time-lapse of everything in the beginning too. What software are you using to edit the videos?

  6. Great video. It is an inspiration to me. i look forward to more of your products, videos and blogs. i would prefer the top part of your head not being cut off in the video, but that may be the “right” thing now, and just personal preference.

Also i wish you could give us details on how you set up your lighting and what exactly the lighting is. Maybe that’s another product you could make? Anyway, I’m happy with your products and look forward to more.

  7. hey thanks Aurelius. I have my own studio here in Digital Nomads HQ Chiang Mai Thailand – but use green screen exclusively (see attached PIC) I find it gives me so much more scope and variety.

    • Looks good Pete! The lighting set i bought comes with a green and black backdrop too. Personally, I don’t need to add any custom backgrounds, just the white with good lighting or my office is enough as the background.

    • Awesome! I don’t know who the originator of that quote is, but I think I first heard it from Mike Litman, but then I also heard it from Marlon Sanders. So credit to the both of then!

Wishing you the best for your launch!
