Hi. I'm Aurelius Tjin. Full-time Internet entrepreneur since 2005. I probably started out like you -- skeptical about this whole "make money online" phenomenon. But I wanted to prove to myself and others that it works, so I gave it a shot, tested the waters, put myself out there and now make a full-time living online. I'm now teaching others how to do the same, through this blog and newsletter... Read more »

One of my problems is that I begin one task and become distracted by something else that I need to do. I really should be more organized.
Thanks for this useful video, Aurelius.
Nice work!Although you didn’t put on D anywhere.
Organization is cruicial to success. Apply the same structure to the chosen task to ensure that all steps are carried out – nothing is missed – and your potential for error free completion is enhanced. Saving time saves money and smooths out the glitches before they develop.
An excellent plan, Aurelis. Will work in any kind of situation where time management is relevant to both effectiveness and efficiency – and that is just about anywhere.
I teach computer classes and I author a computer tips newsletter. One of the tips is organizing your PC so that you can find information quicker and be more productive.
Thanks for the tips.
Well done, as usual Aurelius.
Thanks for the video. I’ll be using this on my to do list.
Thanks for sharing your comments.
I think it would be better if they are ‘colorized’. For example,
A = red
B = blue
C = yellow
D = green
E = black
At first glance, you would know what are the priorities of the tasks/goals.
Again, thanks for sharing this awesome video.
Hey Aurelius!
THANK YOU so much for sharing this with me!
It’s exactly what I need right now!
I’ll implement it right away =)
After watching this video, I know that you’re a PERFECT MATCH for the Entrepreneur Express!

@ Gloson – That’s a good idea, but you’d need a marker for each color
@ Saiful – thanks! Glad it was timely.
Every time you read a self-help book or listen to motivational speakers/coaches, etc., the most important thing they mention is… organization! Plan your life out and achieve your goals. This video is a great example for that Aurelius. Thanks much!
In the spirit of this post, anyone looking for a nice free piece of software to help organize passwords and memberships online can grab it at my blog:

Cheers all,
Ron
thanks, Ron! Great tip.
Thanks for sharing Aurelius.
I guess most people online only look for what will make them money forgetting thast you simply must have a plan. This is quite important as there are so many things to do.
This ABCDE system should help put things in perspective and prevent one getting overwhelmed.
Thanks to Gloson and the colour code.

Great, Willee! Not planning is a plan to fail.
Hi Aurelius,
Great info…never thought of that.
Will definitely use it from now
onwards.
One more thing, how do you create
video that allows writing at the
same time? What program do you use?
Hope you don’t mind sharing.
Thanks
Zeky – Thanks for your comment. I used Powerpoint to create the writing. http://www.openoffice.org should also have a program that allows you to create powerpoint presentations…It’s free.
Hi again,
Thanks for the reply.
I’m actually referring to the manual
writing with pencil like you did on
this video. It looks cool.
Or is it also with powerpoint?
Good post.Time management is really important in marketing.People try to do all at once and it simply doesn´t work.I have made a simple schedule that I follow.
Thanks! Good post indeed!
Though I must say that aside from organization, one of the key things needed to make a list like this even work is… discipline – something we all struggle with at some stage.
Hope to see more like this!

@ Zeky – that’s Camtasia Studio. There’s a feature called “ScreenDraw”.
Yes, you’re right on that Leo. Dicipline is important, especially if you’re an entrepreneur.
Hi Aurelius

for the achievement of your goals.

Great way to organize and not feel overwhelmed. I amm willing to do things, I am often concerned I do not know everything that I should be doing or what should be done first in order that it be the most efficient. Either way, I must try and do something every day.
Nice work! I’ve been through all your site and I think you’ve done a very simple job of trying to explain key important things to people – which they often find they cannot do!

There is so much to do in internet marketing especially if you engage in social media and content creation. One of the biggest challenges solo-entrepreneurs faces is knowing how to manage time (your new PLR is timely), defeat procrastination and get things done. This is excellent advice.
Thank you for your post!

Thanks for the video, nice work and plaining.
Thanks for your comments guys.
good to see and hear you again – still learning – your comments very encouraging – committed more than before on getting an internet business -
Thanks Jim
Excellent simple goal plan which I am going to adopt for my business
Thanks for sharing this insight, Aurelius.
From a learned Pom
Really good advice Aurelius.
By breaking down and putting a priority our tasks makes it really easy to have a daily “to do list.”
As you say, by having our daily tasks (especially A’s and B’s) planned out the day before, it’s then so easy to avoid losing focus or suffering information overload or even worse, being constantly sidetracked by the latest “shiny offer”
Many thanks
Hi Aurelius,
You can actually get those tips by reading Brian Tracy’s Eat That Frog!
It is really an awesome book to help people prioritize what are the most important activities that make the most difference in their life!
great idea with colour coding!
Thanks Aurelius I am going to put this in practice right away!
