Over the past few years I have learned some very valuable lessons, and with 2010 coming to an end, I thought this post would benefit you for the new year and years to come.

These lessons can be applied to any area of your business and life.

This is a special post to me, and it will be for you too. It’s not intended to be biased, but rather lessons I have learned, hence what the title suggest.

I have listed these valuable nuggets below. Enjoy!

Keep it simple. Less is more.

End the habit of being a perfectionist. The most important part is to get it going, and then making the changes, tweaks and improvements

An idea is nothing until breath some life into it

Build relationships first before you ever try to sell anything. People will naturally follow those whom they know, like and trust

The latest tools aren’t going to make you an expert if you don’t know how to use it

Share your knowledge. I once heard a variation of the “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. The variation is “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you can sell him fishing equipment.

If everything seems slow, you’re distracted. Distraction stops you from getting more done. If possible, eliminate as many distractions as you can – your phone, instant messaging, unnecessary websites and windows opened. Make sure people know you’re busy.

Keep learning. In life you either grow or you die, just like a plant. Knowledge cannot be bought, it needs to be learned

Make your customers happy and they’ll keep buying from you

Saving money isn’t about the amount you save, but the habit. Start saving any amount, whether it’s $5 a week or $1000 a week, it doesn’t matter. It’s the habit that matters. The law of compounding will take effect.

Doing more hours doesn’t necessarily mean more work done. Don’t overwhelm yourself with work just for the sake of it

Building your list should be your number one priority. Your list is an asset for life.

Don’t spend too much at the start. Do what you can yourself first and then consider outsourcing.

The “fail fast” mantra should fail. It should be reworded to a more positive saying, like “launch and learn”

Don’t worry about trying to compete against your competition and trying to be bigger and better. Stick with your unique selling proposition (USP).

Don’t try to be everything to everyone. You can’t satisfy everyone but you can satisfy a good number of loyal customers. Seth Godin’s post says it all.

Don’t make project management complicated, that’s when trouble starts to happen

Buying established websites is a great ROI. Go to Flippa.com and you’ll find a vast variety of established websites.

The best way to get through your to do list is to break it down in to smaller, manageable bite sized tasks

Setting a goal that’s too much ahead of time puts blinders in your path

Videos are the way the go. We live in a very interactive world. Take advantage of what the Internet has to offer

Switching to a Mac has helped me get more done

The advantage of having an internet business is that you’re not restricted to just working from home. I can be anywhere in the world while still making money, as long as I have my laptop and an Internet connection. I’ve setup my laptop to have everything I need to run my business.

The possibilities are endless when you think of the opportunities around you

Don’t take on more than you can handle

Going back to the basics of exchanging value always works

Always think “What’s in it for me?”

Speaking slower and with emphasis makes your speech more clearer and powerful

The law of reciprocity is a golden rule to living an abundant life

SEO isn’t complicated. People make it more complicated than it is

If you can’t handle your current state, then you won’t be able move ahead

When nothing else seems to work, there’s always faith. Always have faith in what you do. Trust your instincts.

Sometimes it’s best to just let go

Being able to handle your low and negative moments is your true measure of overcoming obstacles

Spending less time on Facebook, checking everyone’s status and photos has helped me get more done. I only check once, at the end of the day. Period.

I turn off and close everything and only have what I need, opened. If I’m writing a new report, I only have my text editor opened.

Your mastermind group will help you move forward. You’ll leverage on other people’s strengths, and that’s what will accelerate your success by miles. You’ll surround yourself with like-minded people who’ll inspire and keep you accountable

There’ll never be another Facebook

Basecamp rocks

A market can never be saturated. Anyone can get a piece of the pie.

There’s plenty of information if you just search on Google.

You shouldn’t have to prove yourself to anyone.

Worry about the bigger things rather than the smaller things

Dropbox makes life easier

You can create any type of site using WordPress and its constant, ever-growing range of plug-ins

People used to be skeptical about starting a business online, now people are interested in learning

Have a central location/website where you have your documentations, videos and how to’s to train people you outsource. It’ll save hours of your time.

Batch your work. Do emails all at once. Make all phone calls at the same time. Update your WordPress blogs all at once. You get the point.

Unless you’re bored, most people aren’t willing to spend the time to fiddle around. If you can provide a “ready-to-go” product/service, you’ll sell lots of it.

Find something that works. Do it. If it gives you results, systemize it and outsource & delegate as much of it as possible.

People are willing to do anything for a low cost if you look around. Check Fiverr.com.

Encourage visitors to share your content. You can use share buttons on your site, or simply tell your visitors to feel free to share.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and the pyramids were built stone by stone, layer upon layer. Start somewhere. Take the first step. Get something out there for people to see. There’ll never be “the right time”.

Do something each day to move your business and life forward, even if it’s just a small bit. You’ll end up with massive improvement in a short time and build momentum.

In times when I’m stressed and under pressure, I get away for a moment, take deep breaths and reflect back on what’s important in life. It helps clear the mind so you get back with better focus.

Always be grateful for what you have and where you are at this present moment. If you’re not grateful for your current state, then you’re putting barriers which will stop you from attracting more into your life.

A sure-fire way to accelerate your success is to study those who are already doing what you want to achieve. Success leaves clues!

One thing I like to do is to learn mistakes from others so that I don’t make the same down the track.

Stop wasting time. Being organized is a key characteristic of achieving high.

A key way to grow is to stretch your comfort zones. Being “comfortable” won’t let you stretch to your fullest potential.

You can apply the Parkinson’s Law and Pareto’s 80/20 principle to everything you do. Parkinson’s Law dictates that work expands to fill the time available for its completion.

Nothing is a coincidence. There’s always a reason why.

What ever you find works should be done over and over and over and over and over again until it doesn’t work anymore.

If you’re not passionate about what you’re doing, sooner or later you’ll get bored.

Every morning when you wake up, ask yourself “What am I grateful for?” This will surely start your day with purpose and lots of energy.

Focus on what you can control

Create a blog and start posting. I found that people do look and read but often don’t comment. The main idea is to get into the flow of sharing.

Find and connect with people in your industry. Joint-venture partners will help you grow your business dramatically as it has for me. I have a small group of JV partners but we always help each other grow, and it’s great to just have people who understand what you’re going through.

Life isn’t always about work. Balance your work and life areas. You want to make sure you stay sane. Make time for family, your social life, your partner, health & fitness and of course, yourself.

The best way to show someone you genuinely care is to share valuable knowledge, content, ideas or simply being there for them.

I hope you take what I’ve learned and apply it to your work and life. As valuable as they are to me, I’m sure they will be for you too.

Apply these now and for the years to come, and you’ll surely improve your life and business.

One of the biggest benefits of an Internet business is the ability to run it regardless of where you are. That’s one of the reasons why you’re in this business, right?

The problem is most people starting out aren’t doing it right. What I mean is, they’re creating jobs for themselves instead of creating a business. I won’t lie to you though — I was in the same position.

A few years ago, I read a book called ‘The E-Myth: Revisited‘ by Michael E. Gerber, and in his book he emphasizes that most small business owners are working IN their business instead of ON their business.

To elaborate further, Gerber says that most business owners are doing too much of the “technical” work — they’re wearing all the hats in their business. They’re doing all the research, writing, creating, designing, fixing, maintaining, emailing, customer support, and it doesn’t end there.

Does this sound familiar to you?

It’s a position you didn’t expect but feel obligated to do because you want to make sure your business runs smoothly. What first was meant to give you more time, money and freedom is now something you can’t let go of and feel responsible for.

You’ve heard of the concept of outsourcing to leverage your time and effort, and that’s what any business owner should do, especially an Internet business. The truth of the matter is, you only have 24 hours in a day, and there’s only so much you can do until you get burned out.

This post won’t teach you how to outsource, but instead you’ll learn the exact tools, sites and techniques you can use to build a proper Internet business without slaving away. These are tools my team and I use ourselves to work more effectively and efficiently. I won’t be listing every single tool and gadget, only those which in my opinion would greatly benefit your business and productivity.

And just to note, this post is not intended to be biased in any way. I’m simply listing the tools I use in my business.

Let’s start…

1. Market Samurai

Market Samurai is a great market research tool that’s helped my staff and I research new niches to approach and more keywords to expand on. As you might know, research is crucial before anything else. You simply type in a keyword and within an instant, this software will uncover related keywords, the number of searches, competition, commercial intent and more valuable data. In essence, this software will determine whether to go for it, or not.

I’ve tested other research tools, but this one’s got to be on top of the list. You can try it out for free, here.

2. AWeber

Whether you’re selling marbles or air conditioning services; every business needs to collect details of their prospects and customers. You’ve already made the effort to get people to your site, so why not collect their name and email so you can send them free tips, updates, offers and more.

I’ve been using AWeber since 2005 and I’ve generated over 30,000 subscribers as a result. If you don’t have an autoresponder yet, get AWeber today. It’s the smartest investment you’ll ever make.

3. Skype

Most of us have this already, but I’m listing it down here since it’s an everyday tool. I use Skype everyday to keep in direct contact with my staff, business associates, and of course friends and family. I also use it to make conference calls which lead to lots of great ideas.

4. Dropbox

Dropbox is a handy file storage service which enables you to sync files in one location. It’s free to download and you get 2GB of storage.

It acts like another storage drive on your computer, so it’s really easy to use. I use Dropbox as a quick & easy way to share documents, presentations, website files, and ebooks with my staff and associates.

I upgraded to the ‘Pro 50′ account which gives me 50GB of storage for just $9.99 a month because I also like to keep backup and sync files from my computer, too.

You probably don’t need that much space if you’re starting out. When you download it using this link, you’ll get a bonus 250MB of space added to your account, giving you a total of 2.25GB of space. You can also refer your friends to earn more Dropbox space, just like what I’m doing.

5. Xmarks

When you want to sync and backup all your browser bookmarks, Xmarks does it for you. You can sync bookmarks from one computer to another using this handy browser plug-in. It does it automatically for you.

The best part is, it’s free. However I heard that they’re stopping their service from 2011, but you can continue using it for a very small fee. This tool proves to be invaluable if you use more than one computer but want have the same bookmarks on all. You can still get it for free – www.xmarks.com

6. Jing

Select an area, choose whether you want a screen shot or recording, and out pops your screen shot/video. It’s a useful tool when trying to illustrate your point to someone, instead of typing step-by-step how to do it. I use it everyday in my business to explain a new concept, share an idea or an update with my staff. It’s hassle-free, and it doesn’t cost a thing. Get it at www.techsmith.com/jing

7. Screenflow

Screenflow is a software I use to record professional screen recordings. This is a Mac software, so if you’re using Windows, I’d recommend Camtasia Studio. It’s really easy to use and produce screen recordings. You can record tutorials and presentations of anything so you can get demonstrate your idea, educate your customers, create promotional videos and more.

Once you’re done recording your tutorial, you can upload it straight to YouTube using their built-in tool. You can get Screenflow here.

8. Basecamp

We use Basecamp as our main project management tool. Creating, assigning, and tracking projects is easy with Basecamp. The guys at 37Signals (the creators) like keeping things simple, and that’s what Basecamp is — simple to use.

Whenever I have a new product to create, I login to Basecamp, create a new project, create some “To do’s”, and then assign tasks to the appropriate staff. So if one of the to-do’s requires website design, I assign that particular to-do to the designer. The designer will then get notified via email that there’s a new task to fulfill.

As an administrator, you can control who sees what. John may see Project X but can’t see Project Y. You can set it all in the control panel. Ever since I’ve used it, productivity in our company has increased dramatically. No emails going back and forth, no miscommunication… everything’s in one central hub — the scope of the project, milestones, tasks, and messages are in one place. You can try it out free for 30 days – www.basecamphq.com

9. Gmail

Outlook is the old way of managing email. It’s now easier and faster to handle email using Gmail. You can create “labels” which works like folders. I personally have somewhere around 200+ labels to organize different types of emails.

You can set filters to filter emails from different senders. You can add more functions using Google “Labs”. One of the most powerful features is it’s spam filter.

It filters out spam so you don’t have to see it in your inbox. I’ve tweaked my Gmail account to the point that by the end of the day, there’ll be zero emails in my inbox.

10. LastPass

This product is what the name suggest. You’ll no longer need to remember passwords. If you’re still remembering passwords or using one password for everything (bad idea), then it’s time to let go and let LastPass handle all your passwords. I’ve tried many password managers and nothing comes close to this.

I used to be a long time fan of RoboForm but I shifted to LastPass a few months ago and never looked back. Unlike traditional password managers where you actually need to be on that computer where it’s installed, LastPass stores all your passwords on their secure server. So it doesn’t matter if you’re away from the office, overseas or a friend’s place. You can still access all your logins using LastPass. Download LastPass — it’s free.

11. WordPress

WordPress isn’t just a blogging platform, it can be used to create sales pages, landing pages, membership sites, and any site you can think of.

This blog you’re on right now is powered by WordPress. I also use WordPress to centralize staff documentation and training because it’s easy to post, comment and share information.

With the amount of Wordpres plug-ins and themes out there already, you can control how you want your site to function, as well as how it looks. You can install it quickly & easily using Fantastico Deluxe in your cPanel account or download it from WordPress.org.

12. Storm On Demand

I use a special kind of web hosting service called “cloud servers”. For the typical webmaster, this would probably be out of the range. However, if you’re planning a big launch or generating lots of traffic then this would be of value.

You get the same or better performance as a dedicated server. The major difference is that you can scale up or down real easy, to accommodate the traffic. For instance, if you’re planning a big launch next month, you can upgrade to a more powerful server without transferring files from your old server to the new server. That’s why they call it cloud servers. And you only pay for what you use.

At the time of writing, I’m on the Bare Metal Intel Dual Xeon E5506 plan with a fast SAS drive for better performance. Yea, geek talk, I know.

You can learn more about Storm On Demand at www.stormondemand.com

13. MacBook Pro

Yes, that’s me on my 17″ MacBook Pro, working outside, enjoying the weather and fresh air.

That way, I can take it around anywhere and not feel restricted to sitting in my home office.

It took a while to adapt to a Mac. I hated it the first week, but then got used to it. I love it so much now!

I use this laptop as my main computer after retiring from a Windows PC. I don’t think I’ll ever return to a Windows system.

It’s probably one of the best investments I had made to date.

It’s saved me lots of time and hassle because it doesn’t crash, even when I have dozens of programs running.

14. iPhone

Send me away from the office and I bet I’d still be able to run my business using my iPhone. With the vast amount of apps for iPhone, you can pretty much do anything. I’ve got apps for to-do lists, managing finances like Paypal, checking emails, keeping track of projects, communicating with staff, checking the currency rate, and more.

15. Rescue Time

Ever thought to yourself at the end of the day, “Where did all that time go?”. Well, here’s the tool which tracks exactly where time’s spent, which sites you spent most on, which applications you used, and more. It’s an application that runs in the background, so you don’t need to touch anything.

At the end of each day you’ll receive an email which gives you a detailed report of your productivity. Using the data given, you can manage your time better. It’s free to use for personal use. Just head to www.rescuetime.com to download it. It works on both Windows and Mac.

16. OptimizePress

Who ever said creating sales pages is difficult? Not anymore. My good friend, James Dyson, created a genius piece of software called OptimizePress.

OptimizePress is a WordPress theme which enables you to create stunning sales pages, squeeze pages, launch pages and more — all without design and programming knowledge.

It has built-in templates you can easily customize so you can simply pick and choose the one you like. You can easily add web page elements like order buttons, arrows and testimonial boxes using OptimizePress. It’s all built-in. Check it out OptimizePress here.

Well, that just about wraps it up. There are dozens of other tools I wanted to share with you, but these are the important ones which I think you should add to your toolbox.

I’m sure they will save you all that pain when trying to find the best solution. I’m confident these tools will increase your productivity and in turn, your business growth.

Now it’s your turn. What tools and gadgets do you use to run your Internet business?

If you’ve never heard of Fiverr before, you might want to check it out. It’s an easy to use Web 2.0 site where you can sell any type of service — even products, for $5 bucks. Although it’s not much, it’s still a great source of side income you can add to your business. Those who have heard of Fiverr commonly use it to hire people for jobs like designing and writing, though most overlook the idea of actually selling on Fiverr.

I love the whole business model. Who ever created it, is a genius. The idea’s been around for a while, but Fiverr’s got a unique twist to it.

Another thing I love about it is that you can create as many “gigs” as you’d like, or in other words post as many services as you want.

The site works like this:

Setup a free account – www.fiverr.com

Start posting a new “gig” where you offer to do something for $5

Your Gig will be displayed to those who search for it

The prospect can then order your service. When they do, they will make payment to Fiverr.com and keep it in escrow until you’ve fulfilled the service.

You deliver the service.

You get paid. Fiverr keeps $1 and you keep the rest. Payments are made through Paypal.

Presto. It’s as easy as that.

Now, the downsides of using Fiverr is that you can’t really “upsell” your customers. However, you can cross-sell by setting up other related gigs and pointing your customer to your other gigs. Fiverr Terms of Service states that “You may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Fiverr.com. Gigs should be ordered using the ‘Order Now’ button.”

Another downside of using Fiverr is that you’re restricted to pricing your services to only $5. Besides, the site’s called Fiverr, so you can’t really do much about that.

The big question is, “Does Fiverr really work? Can I really make money with Fiverr?”.

To keep it simple, you definitely will be able to sell your service(s) on Fiverr, but I wouldn’t rely on it as your main source of income. You can leverage on this site because it gets high traffic.

I put it to the test myself to see if this thing really works, so I opened up a brand new account and posted a new gig selling a service. I can’t disclose what service I’m offering, but I’ll give you a list of services you could provide in this post.

I setup this account about three days ago, and check out the results:

Fiverr Revenue

In less than 3 days, I generated $32.00 in pure profit!

Now, to some, this might be chump change. You’ll see that I made my first sale on the first day I created my account. In fact, it only took a few hours for the first sale to roll in. In total, I did 8 sales. Gross revenue generated in 3 days – $40.00. Total profit – $32.00. That pretty much paid for a delicious lunch . And this is only from one gig. Remember, with Fiverr, you can create as many gigs as you’d like.

So, on average, it’s doing about $10 a day. Using this data, in 30 days, I would generate a nice $300 /month income. Of course, it’s too early to tell how in-demand my service really is, so it’s only a rough prediction.

At this moment, you might be thinking…

“But What Can I Sell?” I hear you saying

The best way is to start with your interest and hobbies. What are you good at? What are you passionate about? It’s a lot easier doing something you love doing, anyway.

Getting started is a piece of cake. First, you’ll need to sign up for a free account. You then create your gig

I mentioned a lot of times in this post that it’s really easy to use. I’m not hyping it up here. It really is easy. It can be addictive, too!

Here’s a list of services you could offer and which I’ve seen to be popular on Fiverr.com:

Writing services – articles, press releases, blog posts, preparing a wedding speech and so on.

Design/Graphics services – creating banners, headers, ecovers, drawing, etc.

Research – market, data, surveying, etc

Traffic generation services – holding up a sign advertising someone’s website, get more Facebook fans and Twitter followers, SEO, and more

Video services – recording a tutorial, demo, etc.

Audio services – voice overs, musical, etc.

Preparing food menus and workout routines

Providing tips and advice – dating, self-improvement, business, etc.

Now, you’re not just restricted to services, you could also provide things that are ready-made, like:

How to guides and reports

Templates – writing, graphics, etc

Compilations/rolodex/index/lists

It would be easier providing something that’s already made, since you don’t have to start from scratch.

The topics are endless. You could provide pretty much any service. They even have a section called ‘Silly Stuff’.

If you’re short on ideas, check out the “Request Gigs” section on the side of the site. These are gigs posted by members who are requesting for specific services.

My Tips on Creating Your Gig

Creating a gig is one thing, but creating an effective gig that converts is another. Here are my top tips to help you sell your gigs better:

Use good copy. Your title is the most crucial part. It acts as a headline for your gig, so it needs to grab attention so people will click on your gig to find out more. You’re restricted to just 450 characters in the description, so it’s wise to emphasize the benefits of your service, not the features. That’s sales 101. You don’t want to brag on about how good you are, instead think what’s in it for them?

With Fiverr, you’ll need to upload a picture that’s relevant to your gig. They say that a picture’s worth a thousand words. So if you were selling, for instance, “make up tips”, you’d surely want to use a picture of someone with make up that’s done professionally.

Keep in contact with your customers and deliver your service as promised. When creating your gig, you can specify how many days to deliver or complete the service. If you exceed the due date, then the customer will have the option to cancel their order which means you lose a sale.

The Verdict?

I say, without doubt, give it a try! It really can’t hurt. It’s free and dead simple to use.

This is a service which anyone can start. It doesn’t matter where you’re from, how old you are, and whether you’re male or female; anyone can start using it.

This site’s still quite new and hasn’t reached it’s peak. I’d highly recommend you start using it today to get the most out of it. Just start posting your gigs right now, and who knows, you might make a few sales in just a few hours time from now.

So that concludes this special blog post.

I’d like to hear from you and if you do get on the boat and try this out, let me know how it goes! Just post a comment in the comments box below…

1) Building a list of subscribers, customers and affiliates. Without my lists, my business wouldn’t be a fraction of what it is today.

2) Blogging. If you’re selling anything online, you need a blog, not just for posting content, but to build relationships and your credibility

3) Being part of or starting a mastermind group. You can potentially save months, even years by leveraging on those who are stronger where you are weaker. That’s just one of the benefits.

4) Your own product. The benefits are amazing. You’ll gain instant credibility, instant expert status, instant profits, 100% profits, you can open affiliate programs and it’s all passive income for you

5) Outsourcing your business. Think of it as a return on investment. You pay someone for a single job and get more free time to do more important things in your business which will make you money. Don’t wait, outsource your writing, graphics, and repetitive tasks. That’s when you’ll start to have a real business.

6) Being CLEAR on what you want. Once you know what you want, you’ll filter out what you need and what you don’t need.

7) Focusing on ONE thing at a time. One system, one product, one project, just one thing at a time!

8 ) Enjoy time off. I once heard from Alex Mandossian “Taking a day off work for the month can give you twenty productive days.” Don’t even check your email or turn you computer for that matter. Do the things you enjoy, spend time with the family or whatever it is you enjoy.

9) Attend seminars and meetings. It’s your best bet to meeting like-minded people; people who have a genuine interest in what you’re doing. There’s a lot of potential. The best way to start is to search for local groups and meet ups at www.meetup.com. I found three groups of interest from that site alone, and I’m speaking/presenting in one of them.

10) Create a “Vision Board” to accelerate your success. You might think that it won’t have any affect, but you’ll be surprised at just what might happen. I have a video that teaches you how to create your very own vision board. Click here to watch it

11) Renew, unwind and relax your mind and body by exercising. It’s like the oil and lube job for your car. You don’t have to do it, but your car would definitely run better. Personally, I go four times a week, combining cardio and weight training. You don’t have to build huge muscles, you can simply do resistance training or yoga. The benefits of exercising kicks in immediately after your first workout. You’ll feel more energized, you’ll sleep easier, improves your mood, overall physical body and mental acuity.

12) Using video in your marketing. Whatever your niche is, videos easily and instantly gives your product a higher perceived value.

13) Disallowing any negativity. If you’re ever in this situation simply think of positive thoughts, it’ll change your state quickly and easily.

14) Gratitude. Every morning, throughout the day and before you sleep, think of what you’re grateful for at the present moment.

15) It’s a lot easier selling to customers than it is to sell to prospects. How do you doit? You can cross-promote, upsell or maybe offer a product you’re an affiliateof

16) Use RoboForm. I can’t tell you how much time this little tool has saved me. This nifty little tool remembers and fills in forms and passwords so you don’t have to! Get yours right now: www.DownloadRoboForm.com

17) Lose on the front-end but make money on the backend. “You can have this for free, no worries. would u like ___ for just 20 bucks?”

I wanted to take the time to learn more about you, and basically start a discussion about the topic of starting out online. In addition, I hope it will help you refocus, reallign and learn why you started this business in the first place.

So…

How did you first find out about online marketing/this type of business? Was it an ad you saw while you were surfing the ‘net? Maybe a friend influenced you about the opportunity.

What made you decide to pursue this business? Is it the lifestyle? Had enough of your job? To diverse your offline business by going online?

I’ll kick start this post off by starting first…

I first found out about online marketing from a banner ad which read “60 minute money! You can make a full-time income working at home with just a computer, an Internet connection and 60 minutes of work a day. Click Here!” As cheesy as it may sound, I clicked to find out more. Don’t sit there laughing. I wouldn’t be surprised if you were triggered to click on this type of ad, too

I decided to pursue this business because I hated studying “theory” at school and working at a job, where I was limited to what I could earn. Two things led me to this ultimate decision – 1) Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ book 2) How school theory applies in the real world. You may argue about this but that’s my thought.

So that’s my mini story. Whether you’re doing this business part-time or full-time, feel free to share your story by posting in the comment box below. I’d love to read yours, and I’m sure others will, too. (You don’t need to reveal anything personal)
