I don’t know when I ‘m ever going to tell my family and friends. Probably when I make it big enough to quit my current job. My mum would probably think I’ve joined the band of infamous Nigerian Internet scammers. LOL.

Can l add l don’t excuse people in the off-line world if there a family member or friend most don’t care to learn or l even tried the simple off line formula “have you ever had a salesman or saleslady knock on your house door?” 99% say yes unless they live away from city life this approach seems to shut them up but it seems to get them curious every time l see them again, try that formula if you haven’t before

What a great visual of exactly what friends and family says when they ask “What do you do?” You nailed it!

But when I tell them I make over $500 A DAY, all of a sudden they’re interested.

Excellent post! I can relate to everyone here.How could someone who works in a office cubicle from 9 to 5 possibly understand what social bookmarking, RSS or affiliate marketing is? Online marketing is not a “real job” to them.Also, running an online business is much harder than a working in a office.Personally, I do 12 hour days marketing my online business.
