The website guide for your staff is that posted looks like on word press? what theme are you using? any certain plug ins you use for the blog you use for communicating to your staff ?

Hi Brian. Thanks for your comment. Yes, that’s using WordPress. I’m using http://www.aureliustjin.com/thesis theme. It’s the best WordPress theme I’ve used. Very efficient and easy to use. And I love how you can completely customize it in the control panel.

I simply use email and Skype to communicate with my staff. Simple is better. Once you over complicate things, it becomes complex and overwhelming.

As much of my business is changing and developing all the time, my challenge is deciding WHICH tasks to outsource?

The only thing I wouldn’t outsource is anything related to building relationships i.e. – joint-ventures, emailing my list, etc.
