So that’s my video tour of the apartment.
The point of this video was not to brag or boast, but to show you the potential of what an Internet marketing business can do for you. I want to show everyone that it is possible for anyone to get what they desire from an Internet business.
Buying this luxury apartment wasn’t easy - I had a real burning desire to succeed in this business. I overcame many obstacles and blockages throughout my venture, and still am, but faith, determination and a strong will had attracted what I desired.
I’m living proof of it, and I want to help you reach yours goals as much as I can from the products, tutorials and valuable information I’ll be sharing with you in the coming months and years.
Thanks for reading and watching this blog post.

Congratulations on getting your new place! Your hard and smart work has really paid off, and it’s a good news that in times of the credit-crunch money and homes are still achievable.
So when’s the virtual house-warming party? Would love to hear how you hooked up the screens side-by-side.
Best regards, Paul

Wow, Aurelius,
Nice apartment you got there. Love the courtyard. That is where the BBQ should be
Having an office apartment is also part of my plan and I am certainly working towards it.
Have fun in your new apartment and make more money online!

I like your pad.How do you like living in Australia. Dallas
October 2nd, 2008 at 8:44 pm
Nice place Aurelius
goes to prove that if you want it bad enough, it will come.
Will you be able to fit a Brit on the sofa for a few days in January? LoL! I come complete with cooking skills and loads of booze as a bribe….
October 2nd, 2008 at 9:53 pm
That was fun Aurelius. Thanks. The apartment looks terrific. You’re going to have a great time putting your own individual “stamp” on the place.
Hrvoje is right! You need paintings and plants to turn the “house” into a “home”. Suggestion for a busy guy - there are companies that rent out plants. Couple of feature plants in the living area… you won’t believe the difference they make. The rental company come to your place, install what you need and set a schedule with you to come and maintain them. Something doesn’t look good… they replace it. Try Plant Hire in the yellow pages.
Congratulations on your new home. Look forward to bumping into you again at another internet conference or catching up with you on the beautiful Gold Coast.

Beautiful apartment Aurelius…
BUT You should have recorded yourself playing the guitar!

Thanks for all your comments and HELPFUL TIPS! I’m glad I posted this blog post.
I know three things need to be done from what I’ve read so far:
1. Plants and gardening
2. Art
3. An Internet marketer’s BBQ at my place…and you’re invited
@ Paul - thanks man! Yea, I actually bought the place at a very good time. The interest rates was recently reduced here in Australia, and this resulted in properties rising. My apartment’s value went up by $30K because of this.
Dual screens are quite easy to setup. All you need is two monitors, preferably two of the same - I’ve got 2x Samsung 22″. You’ll also need a graphics card which has two ports for your monitors…it’s best to get two DVI ports.
Lastly, in Windows right-click on your desktop and click on ‘Properties’. You’ll be able to setup the second screen from there.
That’s all there is to it.
@ John - Thank you. That’s excellent! Your place would be brand-spankin’ new if you’re waiting for 2 years.
@ Dennis - Thanks for pointing that out. I’m pretty sure I put in the correct address…(sorry WF)
@ James - Wow, how could I have forgotten about you. You’ve been part of my late success. All those brainstorming sessions had helped me re-focus on a ‘value’ added business. Your link is now live…jamesschramko.com alright?
@ Victoria - Thanks. Yea, I still need to get the BBQ there. Yea, a totally isolated office, away from the living are where the TV and everything is helps a lot. From 9-5 I work and then go to my living area and enjoy.
@ Dallas - I love it here in Australia…maybe it’s because this is the only country I had lived in. I feel lucky to have been born and raised here. It’s a very multicultural country.
@ Billy - Yea, exactly! Well, great to hear you’ll be coming over here…I can cook myself without any problems…but the booze would be nice
@ Christine - Hi! Yes, I’m pretty sure we spoke at one of the conferences.
I never thought about that..hmmm. If I have time this long weekend, I’ll go over to a gardening shop and get some indoor and outdoor plants.
Yea, unfortunately I won’t be able to go to the Gold Coast event. I’m waiting for my overseas trip in December.
@ Jose - Yes! I most definitely will post a video of me playing the guitar. Thanks for your interest

Your apartment looks awesome Aurelius and it is truly motivating to see what can be accomplished with hard work and a strong belief. I love the dual screen set-up. I hope to do the same in my office.
October 3rd, 2008 at 3:48 am
Thanks for the interesting tour!
I love your new apartment, and your computer is awesome! Hopefully I can contribute more to your apartment and buy more stuff from you
October 3rd, 2008 at 6:55 am
Thanks for showing me this. I know where to stay in Australia if I come to visit you. I\’ll teach you how to play the guitar.
October 3rd, 2008 at 12:21 pm
@ Tina - Thank you. yea, the dual screens have worked really well for me. Just a warning - once you have dual screens setup, it’s hard NOT having it.
@ Kok - Yea, keep buying my products
thanks
@ Adrian - lol…I don’t mind you teaching, only if you’re really good!
Thanks guys

Hey Aurelius,
Nice apartment you have there! And in Sydney too
I was thinking of selling up and moving over there from the UK… too cold over here lol
I used to have dual screens but now I have the 24inch Imac so it’s large enough with just one screen
I hope you continue to achieve great things and wish you all the best for the future.
Cheers,
Anthony
