Thanks for the additional tips Paul. Yes, email can be very distracting. You should have some discipline to only check it at certain times.

Thanks for the great tips….I think we all need to hear them every once in awhile, even if we are seasoned. Sometimes we forget what it is that makes us successful in the first place!
I would like to add 2 more to your list if you don’t mind.
Turn off your email completely…it is extremely distracting.
Set up your office where there are NO distractions, such as kids, spouses, etc.
